The heart of the clutch is an advanced facing (friction material) manufactured by Valeo France. Valeo France is one of the leading friction material manufacturers in the world. The unique facing which is consisted of copper & carbon fibers creates a stabilized coefficient of friction at any temperature with very high heat resistant property. [Features] 1.Smooth engagement even at the high RPM. The clutch is repeatedly tested at around 12,500 rpm for strength. 2.Clutch shudder / judder are greatly reduced compared with standard metal performance clutches. 3.Strong resistance against warp / bend even at the rapid engagement from “kicking the clutch.” 4.The facing is very strong against the generated heat and slipping. 5.A very tough diaphragm spring used for the aluminum clutch cover produces enough clamp force for smooth torque delivery. 6.The clutch disc comes with damper springs which soften the impact to the disc and the transmission. 7.Disc and cover can be purchased separately.
